Good for those with some experience ,exploration of practice through breath , warmups, postures and relaxation.
Great way to start the day! Each class will included breath work , postures, sun salutations and relaxation (creating core and arm strength).
This class will explore the fundamentals of yoga, with the beginner in mind.
As we connect with breath ,explore the postures through an awareness of self,ending with guided meditation.
Using props to allow us to remain in poses for extended periods of time, which allows passive stretching to creating opening in the body.
Things to know before your class/session:
- Please refrain from wearing
perfumes to class or session
- Classes subject to change without
- Students please bring your own
